Tyler Howell
Managing Principal Broker
Licensed Oregon Attorney
Tyler Howell has spent more than 20 years in and around real estate — as a Managing Principal Broker, a commercial broker, as a Director in Title and Escrow, and a real estate attorney. That range is rare, and it means his clients get guidance most agents simply can't offer.
Tyler began his career in commercial real estate, negotiating leases and winning sought-after listings. He went on to run commercial operations for a public title company, leading a team of escrow officers and closing more than $250 million in transactions in two years. He understands the full arc of a deal — pricing, contracts, title, escrow, and closing — because he has worked every part of it.
He earned his law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2012, after a double major in economics and sociology at the University of Washington.
Tyler built Howell Real Estate Partners as a boutique, locally owned firm. He works with each client to build a plan and a budget that fit their goals.
The firm serves buyers and sellers across West Linn, Lake Oswego, Wilsonville, Tualatin, Oregon City, and Canby.
Outside of work, Tyler spends his time with family and enjoys wakesurfing, golf, mountain biking, and music.

Alison Howell, M.Ed
Director of Operations
Alison Howell makes sure every client of Howell Real Estate Partners is cared for and every transaction runs on time. As Director of Operations, she leads the systems, coordination, and communication that move a deal smoothly from first showing to closing table.
Her career is rooted in helping people. Alison earned a Bachelor's degree in psychology from Central Washington University and a Master of Education in counseling from Heritage University. She worked as a school counselor and teacher, guiding students through big decisions while coordinating the schedules and logistics that kept classrooms running. She also chaired "Expanding Your Horizons," organizing a STEM conference that encouraged young women to pursue careers in science and technology.
That blend — counseling, teaching, and event leadership — is exactly what strong operations demand: reading people well, staying organized under pressure, and keeping everyone moving toward the goal.
Alison and Tyler Howell built the firm together to serve the community they call home — West Linn, Lake Oswego, Wilsonville, Tualatin, Oregon City, and Canby.
